La vague de saint Paul sur Vence

Very warm and pleasant welcome. In terms of the room, some disappointments given the standard displayed in the hotel with many works of art, our room was equipped with a blackout curtain which was stained, the terrace not very clean either. Small cold shower also for the espressos which are charged at breakfast in the morning, it's a little strong. The breakfast was plentiful as long as you didn't arrive too late because otherwise there was no croissant or pain au chocolat, otherwise great quality of the products offered apart from the white ham which was of very poor quality for an establishment like this. Apart from these small problems, very happy with our stay.

Ravis de retourner dans ce restaurant que nous avions adoré il y a 2 ans... Mais un peu déçus... Par la décoration plus que minimaliste en extérieur (mobilier et dressage des tables très basiques) Par le service, qui semble être assuré par une brigade d'apprentis, sans même un réel responsable capable de driver l'équipe et renseigner les clients (notamment en ce qui concerne le vin). C'est dommage pour un établissement de ce niveau. La cuisine reste très délicate et goûteuse. Cependant, il semble que les petites attentions type amuse-bouche etc ne soient plus d'actualité. En bref, la cuisine reste tout à fait à la hauteur, mais le service fait très amateur malgré une jeune équipe souriante.

Good stay, quiet and very close to the village of Saint Paul de Vence. On the other hand, infrastructure and breakfast are not necessarily up to par with a 4 star hotel.

I recommend this place for lovers. The hostesses on Sunday evening when we arrived were very cheerful and very pleasant, the one the next day with glasses a little less so.. The place is just incredible and relaxing, we enjoyed the outdoors (swimming pool, pétanque). The room service menu is very reasonable in terms of price 👍 Some small drawbacks: The room service which ends at 9:30 p.m. we can understand but that is a shame. The jacuzzi was really cold and not clean at all, the interior was rusty, which is a shame for a 4 star hotel.. we couldn't enjoy it for long.. I would also like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the young waiter who was on the pool side when we arrived, who took great care of us (he started recently according to what he told us)
