03/04/2026: A superb gourmet experience featuring local, seasonal produce! A very pleasant atmosphere in this stone building, where the two rooms are beautifully decorated and peaceful! The chef serves alone, presenting the dishes with delicacy and passion. The only slight drawback, I would say, having frequented fine restaurants like this one, is the bread. A good country loaf or pre-made rolls would be better for customers. And, regarding the price, perhaps the €10/person extra for the pigeon is a bit steep, especially since the portion isn't particularly generous... Otherwise, go without hesitation; a must-try culinary experience in Vence!

30/03/2026: An incredible meal at L’Ambroisy! The flavors and presentations were perfectly executed; each dish was a true delight. Everything was impeccable from start to finish. The setting is also magnificent, full of charm, in a former chapel which makes the experience even more unique. A truly wonderful place that I recommend without hesitation.

15/04/2026: Wonderful location in the pedestrian zone of the old town. Lovely outdoor seating area in the square in front of the restaurant. Good set menus and regional dishes à la carte at reasonable prices! Pleasant service, personally provided by the owner.

01/04/2026: The café-restaurant is located in a very beautiful square in the old town of Vence. Unfortunately, it wasn't clear at first that drinks and desserts were only available with a meal. We were informed of this later, however. Therefore, we can only comment on the lovely atmosphere and, in our case, the inadequate service. A pity.

18/04/2026: We ordered takeout. We were told it would take 20 minutes, and that was accurate, which allowed us to double-park and quickly pick up our order without causing too much of a problem. This is the second Indian restaurant in Vence that we've tried, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The portions are generous and the dishes are expertly prepared. We'll definitely be back!

There is outdoor dining in a cozy courtyard, which must be really nice to sit in when the weather permits. We were there on a cloudy day at Easter when it was drizzling, so we sat inside. For starters I had risotto with scallops, and for main course gambas with rice and some delicious salad. For dessert I was full and settled for sharing a cheese plate. So the image of the cheese must be multiplied by 2. The cheeses were delicious and piquant in taste. Don't know their names. Atmospheric place. 02/03/2026: We had a wonderful time at La Farigoule. Everything is done with care: the interior decor, the presentation of the excellent dishes, and the warm welcome and kindness of the owner. We'll be back at the beginning of summer to enjoy the lovely terrace. It's a place to remember, I highly recommend it!

12/11/2025: The best value for money in all of Vence's restaurants! No doubt about it... and everything is homemade, you can taste the difference! And on top of that, the warm atmosphere created by the... owners? staff? a brasserie vibe, with that inimitable touch of southern good humor... the waiters, the chef and his partner behind the bar, all have this easygoing kindness combined with a responsiveness that has won us over for a long time! Efficient and seemingly stress-free: it's pure bliss for both your appetite and digestion!!! ... I almost forgot the visual delight of the large screen showing magnificent snowy landscapes!!! Thank you for everything!!!
