Every dish is beautifully presented. The portions are perfectly judged—generous enough to satisfy, yet never overwhelming. The starters are exceptional: delicate beef in aspic, smoked veal carpaccio, and a fascinating blend of herbs, spices, and garnishes that create layers of memorable flavors. The main courses are a true celebration of meat. Whether you choose the veal, the leg of lamb, or the famous local chicken, each dish demonstrates remarkable respect for the quality and texture of the ingredients. The meat is so incredibly tender that a knife is almost unnecessary.
