The starters are exceptional: delicate beef in aspic, smoked veal carpaccio, and a fascinating blend of herbs, spices, and garnishes that create layers of memorable flavors. The main courses are a true celebration of meat. Whether you choose the veal, the leg of lamb, or the famous local chicken, each dish demonstrates remarkable respect for the quality and texture of the ingredients. An exceptional restaurant that I recommend without hesitation. The owners are incredibly kind, always attentive to their customers' well-being and meticulous about every detail. You can feel their genuine passion for their work and their sincere desire to please. The cuisine is remarkable: everything is homemade, using fresh ingredients and carefully prepared dishes. Each plate is as beautiful as it is delicious. For a set menu around €35, the value for money is simply excellent. Despite the restaurant being quite full during our visit, the dishes arrived quickly, always piping hot and beautifully presented. The service was professional, attentive, and warm from beginning to end. This is the kind of establishment that deserves to be known and supported. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return. Everything was perfect. We had reserved a table for eight people, and it was a round table, very practical for everyone to converse. The dishes were all excellent, very refined, and the service was impeccable. The waitress was always attentive to what was needed and very caring. It was to celebrate our wedding, and it was a truly wonderful experience.
