Found this restaurant by chance and had a very delicious meal, especially the gigot d'agneau and the tomate stuffcie ..

Near Bourg-en-Bresse, opposite Place de Polliat (with ample parking), the Téjerina restaurant is a hidden gem! In this family-run establishment, you'll find a warm welcome, beautifully set tables, and thoughtfully arranged seating. From appetizers to dessert, the cuisine is generous, hearty, and above all, delicious! A wonderful discovery that I highly recommend! P.S.: The hot dishes are served at the perfect temperature, allowing you to savor them at your leisure.

Excellent restaurant in Polliat. A delicious amuse-bouche to start. And the dishes are refined and generous. A bit pricey, but it's a gourmet restaurant and the dishes are truly top-quality, made with excellent ingredients and beautifully prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

The starters are exceptional: delicate beef in aspic, smoked veal carpaccio, and a fascinating blend of herbs, spices, and garnishes that create layers of memorable flavors. The main courses are a true celebration of meat. Whether you choose the veal, the leg of lamb, or the famous local chicken, each dish demonstrates remarkable respect for the quality and texture of the ingredients. The meat is so incredibly tender that a knife is almost unnecessary. The chicken, served with an extraordinary sauce and fresh bread to soak up every last drop, may sound simple on paper—but its depth of flavor reveals the magic that only truly gifted chefs can create.
