A lovely spot where you can have lunch or dinner on the terrace in the pedestrian street. It's great because three restaurants are run by the same team: La Vieille Auberge, La Bodega, and La Pizza de la Vieille Auberge. So you can enjoy pizza, tapas, or paella all at the same table. The owner is friendly, as are the servers, and the prices are reasonable. We had paella and squid risotto. It was very good.

A wonderful discovery at Bistro de la Vieille Auberge in Saint-Jean-de-Luz! We came for dinner this evening and were delighted from start to finish. The €19.90 set menu (starter, main course, dessert) offers truly excellent value for money. The ingredients are fresh, expertly prepared, and the dishes are superbly cooked. The service is also a real highlight: the two gentlemen who greeted us were very friendly and welcoming, and they took the time to recommend dishes based on our tastes and preferences. We immediately felt at ease. The restaurant's dining room is very charming, with a decor reminiscent of old-fashioned inns and restaurants. The antique decorations on the walls add character and create a very pleasant atmosphere. A fantastic place in Saint-Jean-de-Luz that we highly recommend for a delicious meal at an excellent price!

Absolutely fantastic restaurant! My first time in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, and I loved this restaurant in the town center, just 2 minutes from the beach. €20 for a starter, main course, and homemade dessert, and that's in the evening!!! Amazing! The servers were very friendly, and the open kitchen is great because it means you can trust the chefs. The decor was nice too. I give it a 12/10! I'll definitely be back!!!
