Don't hesitate for an excellent meal

Very good, friendliness. A real French gastronomy. I recommend the sweetbreads...

I thought I was in a nursing home where all the foods were mixed or naturally soft; nothing to chew! The main course consisted of a base of puree combined with a sabayon on which 3 very small scallops were placed. We remained hungry but our hearts were on the edge of our lips, our stomachs not being used to such a mixture of liquids. We were very disappointed by this imposed surprise menu. On the other hand, I took a good lesson in economics; Jerusalem artichoke as a starter at the price of €3/kg and 3 small scallops per person at €1 per piece currently, a few oranges for dessert: the tour charges €100 per person, it's profitable. But would I dare to serve 3 small scallops to my guests, even though I don't have a Michelin star? No !

Great, very cozy places. Family atmosphere and managed from the kitchen to the dining room by the parents and the son. Succulent and varied dishes depending on the day's arrival. Stunning and original taste discoveries. A crazy wine cellar and you have to wonder where they store all the bottles. In short, a great gastronomic moment and the 3.5 hours of the meal flew by. Little wait between dishes though. My only regret is not having been able to taste the cheeses but I was full. An address to remember and discover.

The service was impeccable, with an attentive and passionate team. Every detail was taken care of, making our dinner unforgettable. A must for gourmets looking for refinement! This birthday dinner will remain engraved in the memory of my dear dad who has just celebrated his 80th birthday there. Thanks again to the Tissier family for their consistency, kindness and humor. We had an exceptional evening. Tasting the Sensation menu was truly flawless, the Breton lobster dish was truly one of the best things we have ever eaten in our entire lives. The house cocktail of the moment with champagne and vine peach was remarkable. Thank you to the restaurant team for their warm welcome, for their always discreet but immensely attentive presence.
