Friendly staff and a place where you can feel the old-world vibe. I stayed here without high expectations, but if I come back to Avignon, it is a hotel I would like to stay at again.

The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious.
The bedding is very comfortable.
Dinner at the bistro was a very pleasant surprise: delicious from start to finish, and excellent value for money.
Breakfast was also delicious and offered a wide variety of choices.
We spent one night at the hotel and had a reservation. The hotel room was far from five-star quality, and the heating didn't work properly. The toilet was leaking… the restaurant we had booked for 8 pm was full. We had to ask twice before someone acknowledged our reservation and prepared a table. Disappointing, except for the carpooling service.
