I came as a couple to celebrate my mother's 87th birthday. We had a very pleasant lunch. The restaurant has several cozy rooms, which ensure a very comfortable noise level. The €30 set menu was excellent, with a nice variety of choices and well-balanced dishes in terms of both flavor and portion size. The service was efficient and friendly, provided by a dynamic team of waiters. I happily recommend it. Happy New Year to the team!

I chose the restaurant because my friends have been going there for several years. As for my experience, I found everything delicious. But the friends I was with, who know the restaurant very well, were shocked by the much smaller-than-usual portions, the staff, and the price. Excellent dessert.

The cooking was perfectly executed, especially for specific products like sweetbreads and calf's liver. The flavors were well-balanced. The meal was served at a leisurely pace. A very good meal overall. Passing through Évreux, I will definitely return.

22/11/2025: Joachim allowed me to celebrate my mother's birthday at his restaurant, which he had reserved exclusively for me, despite the rather short notice. We had a lovely evening and enjoyed the food!
18/11/2025: I used the Bistro's catering services. They provided a delicious paella for a birthday party with 40 guests. The organization was efficient and professional, and we were even able to modify our order after booking without any issues. I highly recommend them.

The starters were generous, allowing those with smaller appetites, like me, to eat enough without ordering large main courses. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly atmosphere despite the crowd; the professionalism was evident and it showed! Thank you!
08/11/2025: We always come with great pleasure on market day. The ribeye steak for two, cooked over a wood fire, is a real treat, and I love watching the chef prepare his dishes with care; it's like he puts love into it! Don't change a thing.
