Passing through Le Mans we stopped at this small, recommended restaurant. Very warm welcome, comforting and very gourmet cuisine, several small, very intimate rooms, the staff are attentive, value for money and quantity more than adequate. We liked it so much that we returned several times during our stay. To be enjoyed with pleasure

The meal was excellent from start to finish. Yesterday's punch was very good and so was the whole meal. Very hearty and very good for a very reasonable price which is very rare these days. I highly recommend this place.

Very pleasant moment plus meal on the terrace. The minced beef was succulent with its mushroom puree and fries. Serves a floating island very good too. A very pleasant break in the old town.

Very good discovery in the small streets of Le Mans. Snail casserole, rare beef, the giant floating island (it lives up to its name), everything was good! I don't know if it's possible to book but do it. There are people! I was lucky that a place became available!

Beautiful atmosphere with small rooms of different levels, the staff takes great care of you. You have several formulas at very affordable prices, we offer you a cream with toast as an appetizer and a cherry liqueur as a digestive. Excellent address that I highly recommend.

28/12/2024: Very good experience. I recommend the broccoli gnocchi. It would also be interesting to add an asterisk to the menu to say that the starter can be available as a vegetarian dish. See add a fixed option :) Very good citrus dessert too.
16/11/2024: We took the chef's surprise menus, we are very happy the dishes were very good and nicely presented, plus there were 4 of them which allows us to go out with a full stomach in addition to the glasses of wine associated with these dishes which We liked it. We just liked the dessert less which was very beautiful but which had less flavors than the previous dishes but good tastes and colors, and then that's the risk of the surprise menu ;) Very good restaurant I recommend with my eyes closed

Le bistrot sur la place

06/09/2024: excellent experience! the service, the quality of the products and the cuisine, the price, the quantity, the location nothing to complain about. mega bonus for the free aperitif and digestive but above all the cleanliness of the toilets which speaks for the entire restaurant we will come back with great pleasure (a kiss from loulou to the top waiter 😏😉)
29/08/2024: Superb experience we are not taken for numbers the impeccable service and the cuisine a treat. Reservations required, we were lucky. And we are very happy about it, we will come back with great pleasure
