A first visit to La Vieille Tour, and certainly not the last. From start to finish, Nicolas Adam's talent delighted us. Everything was delicious: perfect cooking, exquisite and subtle flavors, and a generous, locally sourced experience. The service was friendly and effortless. Our evening ended with a pleasant conversation with Nicolas Adam, who gave us excellent recommendations for small producers (summer butter, goat cheese from the valley… among other things, and of course, especially the breads developed by the Chef himself). We will definitely be back, as there are still so many flavors to discover at La Vieille Tour. Thank you to the whole team. Catherine

A truly wonderful experience in this beautiful restaurant. An explosion of flavors in every dish. A culinary journey that more than justifies its Michelin star. The staff were pleasant and attentive. We had a lovely evening. The icing on the cake was a souvenir photo with the Chef. I highly recommend it! 😁

Living up to its Michelin star, we opted for the tasting menu, a multi-course meal paired with a carefully selected wine. The service was excellent, without being intrusive. In my opinion, it offered good value for money.
