You deserve all the praise 👏🏼 Service, attention, taste, and price befitting Bouillon. My wife and I came for lunch. We didn't have a reservation, but we were lucky to have gone at opening time. The restaurant filled up quickly as soon as it opened, and I think even those with reservations had to wait a while. Two wonderful, friendly ladies served us. Service might slow down a bit because it gets very crowded at once, but it wasn't a problem for us. You get your starters and desserts from the refrigerator yourself. We had mussels and the fish of the day, which were quite delicious and filling. The price was also very good considering the location and atmosphere. I would choose it again if I came back 💯

As tourists passing through, we hadn't booked a table, but we were lucky enough to get one anyway. A slight wait was quickly forgotten thanks to the delicious dishes we enjoyed: mackerel rillettes, Breton mussels, and Kouign Amann. Everything was homemade and served with a smile. A relaxed and friendly atmosphere! Simple dishes made with quality ingredients. Reservations are recommended as this place is popular! Excellent value for money with a very warm welcome. We had a wonderful time despite the wait we were told to expect, which we accepted. The mackerel rillettes are excellent!

Adorable little restaurant and the people who served us. We had a delicious meal. One small drawback... the mussels were too salty and they don't accept holiday vouchers. Otherwise, we would have made it our go-to spot for the holidays. Big hugs from the Northerners!

A discovery that impressed us! It was a weekday lunchtime, but the service was incredibly busy, and yet neither the owner nor the waitress lost their smiles, attentiveness, or good humor. The homemade dishes were excellent and more than worth the short, understandable wait given the packed restaurant. We left satisfied and delighted, happy to have experienced a moment of authenticity, passion, and shared joy. A big thank you from the Northerners!
