Une expèrience culinaire interréssante. Enfin nous avons pu découvrir ce restaurant étoilè situè dans le bourg de Cellettes proche de Blois. Un déjeuner parfait fait de subtilités dans les choix proposès et le mariage des saveurs ......Il y a dans cette cuisine le partage d'un métier ou le chef excelle et répercuté en salle par la description et la présentation de sa compagne qui avec le sourire vous détaille de A à Z les plats choisis . Bravo a vous et nous aurons le plaisir de vous revoir dans quelques mois dans un autre lieu qui sera je pense la continuité de votre réussite.

Toujours très original, des mariages surprenants qui se révèlent succulents. Nous avons reçu de bons conseils sur le vin.

3rd time in this superb establishment. The key words are discovery, conviviality and excellence! Once again, we had a wonderful time as a family as much delighted by the dishes with unexpected flavors as by the excellence of the service. We are already looking forward to coming back soon to spend a moment there, always unique.

We shared an excellent meal to celebrate a birthday in this small restaurant where the cooking and service were impeccable, despite a small incident having nothing to do with the cooking (fortunately not serious) on our side! From appetizers to desserts, the dishes were refined, original and very well crafted, with regional and seasonal products in the spotlight. The advice on wine was entirely relevant and enhanced the dishes. And finally, how can we not mention the kindness and thoughtfulness of our waitress, who took great care? We will come back with great pleasure when we are in Sologne! Well done and thank you!

Excellent welcome, top-notch service and cuisine. We let ourselves be guided in the choice of wines for 4 Confidence menus of great finesse and were so pleasantly amazed. Delighted with our evening spent at the old tower, a warm welcome, succulent meal, perfect wine and food pairing. We highly recommend this restaurant. We will return there with our eyes closed.
