An exceptional experience from start to finish; a second Michelin star would be richly deserved – we opted for the seven-course menu. What more can I say? A superb wine list, and Alice's expert advice is invaluable. The restaurant's modern and tasteful décor – granica = granite – is worth the trip alone and sets it apart from other Michelin-starred establishments in the region. Bravo to Alexis (the Chef) and Alice (hostess and sommelier) for this wonderful achievement! We first encountered them at La Vieille Tour seven years ago, and this reimagining in their new setting has filled us with joy.

My father and I visited this wonderful establishment. We opted for the "Menu en 4 services" with wine pairing. In addition to the four courses listed on the menu, we were presented with a starter and dessert, which provided a cohesive and satisfying conclusion to the entire evening. Service: I had the feeling that even the waiters took pleasure in every aspect of their work: greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, and setting out the cutlery and individual plates. Every movement was deliberate. It was a joy to watch them. We felt truly valued throughout. Food: Each course embodied the chef's delight in their work. The synergy between presentation and taste was indescribable. Without exaggeration: every bite was an experience in itself. I will likely cherish the memories of this evening for a long time to come. Everything was excellent. The food was superb. The wines were a perfect match. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The service was equally excellent.
