An absolutely extraordinary culinary experience. This 3-Michelin-starred restaurant offers breathtaking views of the cliffs of Cap Canaille and the entrance to the Calanques. The cuisine is a true ode to the Mediterranean, precise and inventive. It's the perfect place for a special occasion. The service is impeccable and the setting is simply magical. A must-visit if you're in Cassis and seeking gastronomic excellence.

A magnificent location with a sea view and elegant interior design. An incredible experience, we were transported! ❤️ We opted for the surf and turf menu, and it was fabulous! Exquisite dishes with great subtlety. The chef added sea urchin to the sauces, based on our preference for seafood. 👌🏼 The chef spoke to us before and after the meal, which we loved. Excellent service from the very welcoming staff. A huge thank you to the entire team at Villa Madie 🫶🏼. Our favorite Michelin-starred restaurant!

An exceptional experience. I chose the game menu and thoroughly enjoyed it from beginning to end. Special mention goes to the hare, foie gras, and black truffle: an absolutely remarkable dish. Bravo to Norman chef Dimitri Droisneau and his entire team for this unforgettable moment.

An unforgettable experience that transcends gastronomy, transcends "fine dining," and surpasses even what one imagines when thinking of a three-Michelin-starred restaurant. Villa Madie doesn't simply serve a meal; it offers a suspended, gentle, harmonious, and profoundly human moment. We were discovering haute cuisine for the very first time, and we couldn't have dreamed of a better setting. From the moment we arrived, everything was designed to soothe: soft lighting, a calm atmosphere, subtle music, and the perfect temperature. Nothing is jarring, nothing abrupt—everything flows smoothly, everything accompanies the experience. It's immediately clear that this establishment isn't about showmanship, but about precision. The service, remarkably precise, was also exceptionally gentle. The head waiters guided us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth, never intrusive. Their discretion, their sincere smiles, and their evident pleasure in sharing the chef's work created a perfectly orchestrated, almost invisible, yet essential ballet. Every time we mentioned a dish, they humbly returned the compliment to the chef's talent—an elegant ritual that speaks volumes about the restaurant's philosophy. And then there's the cuisine. Dimitri Droisneau's cuisine. A cuisine that doesn't seek to impress but to move. A cuisine that doesn't shout, but whispers. A cuisine that doesn't overwhelm, but reveals. Everything is mastered: the textures, the cooking times, the iodine, the acidity, the Provençal herbs, the ever-present umami. We felt as if we were rediscovering ingredients we thought we knew. We had an absolutely fabulous lunch at Villa Madie. We had made a reservation (which is essential), and we were lucky enough to be seated at a magnificent, sunny table with a unique view of Cap Canaille, the sea, the pine trees… a little slice of paradise. The seasonal menu was remarkably precise, yet clear and delicious. After the amuse-bouches, we started with a superb red mullet feuille-à-feuille. Then came a dish featuring anchovies and coriander, perfectly balanced. My favorite: the sea bass, cooked to perfection, slightly pearly, served with a poached oyster. A truly comforting dish, incredibly elegant. Next, a lightly seared amberjack, and a beautiful pigeon prepared in several ways. The desserts were anything but ordinary: true chef's creations. First, the meal revolved around honey and grapefruit, then chocolate, paired beautifully with lovage ice cream. The sommelier provided excellent guidance, selecting a wine that complemented much of the meal. In short: top-notch cuisine, delicate and perfectly executed, impeccable service, and a breathtaking setting. We were truly spoiled. An exceptional experience. I highly recommend it.
