La Villa Madie sur Cassis

Exceptional gourmet restaurant in Cassis with a view of Cap Canaille. The menu offered was a land/sea mix with incredible selected local and international products and extraordinary flavors. The staff is very pleasant, very good advice on wines and attentive throughout the meal. We also enjoyed the discussions with the chef at the end of the meal who toured the tables. We obviously recommend this address.

A big thank you for this moment, we had lunch at 6 this afternoon, and everything was perfect. The setting, the visual appearance of the plates, the presentation of the dishes, these explosions of flavors with each bite. Thank you also for the service, special mention for the young girl who took care of us (with a tattoo on her arm), it was a very nice trip! The St Rémy team :)

The service was excellent and the food was very good. I doubt whether the requirements of 3 Michelin stars are met here. The hosts, the chef and head of the house and his wife at the reception came across as extremely arrogant. That alone is a reason for me not to visit this restaurant again.

No longer having the means to access the prices of the Villa la Brasserie du Corto with its new very gastronomic formula but...more expensive we were delighted with friendly service, excellent dishes, superb atmosphere, view and natural settings...

Dinner for two at the Corton brasserie, associated with the gourmet restaurant of Villa Madie. The evening was magnificent. The place is very beautiful, with a superb terrace overlooking the sea. The welcome is friendly, professional and funny at the same time. The meal is exceptional in quality and finesse, with a fond thought for the red fruit gazpacho, the white fish tartare with peach, the monkfish with tandoori spices. The desserts are a celebration: lemon meringue tart and fig diplomat. Superb evening!

You were perfect from booking until we left. The €65 menu delighted our table of 3 people. The dishes are refined and well made. The only downside, for which they are not responsible, comes from the noise of the neighbors' compressor which runs every 5 minutes. It spoils the atmosphere a bit, which is why I only gave the atmosphere 4 stars.

La semana pasada toda la familia pudimos disfrutar de una fantástica comida en este fabuloso restaurante en una terraza delante del mar con unas vistas sensacionales. Escogimos el menú degustación a de 6 pases (amazing) y para los niños hay un menú (principal y postre) genial. Los aperitivos sorprendentes, los entrantes muy buenos, el rodaballo exquisito y el pichón un MUST! Los postres outstanding! Y lo mejor, el servicio de 10! Carta de vinos extensa y con grandes ref! Quand nous réservons un restaurant trois étoiles on s’attend à vivre un moment magique. On s’attend à un met « Umami » qui éveille tous nos sens. Et là: rien. Sauf la vue, qui est incroyable! Le service était presque parfait, les cuissons étaient réussies, le visuel des plats y est, mais rien de plus. On s’attendait aussi à avoir des produits nobles, ce n’était pas le cas. Pas de magie dans le plat, pas d’effet comme nous devons l’avoir à ce niveau. On sent une sorte de froideur impersonnelle tout au long du repas. La maîtresse de salle y est pour beaucoup. Aucune chaleur ou proximité envers ses clients. En ayant fait d’autres de trois étoiles, c’est bien la première fois que nous sommes déçus du Chef/Restaurant. On vous souhaite de passer un moment plus agréable que le notre 🤞🏼.
