We absolutely loved our lunch at Villa Margot. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. The atmosphere is warm and inviting without being stuffy. On the plates, everything was delicate, precise, and expertly prepared. You can taste the real attention to detail in the flavors, but without overdoing it. It was refined, balanced, and above all, truly delicious. The owner was present and personally served us, with a genuine commitment that was palpable. This level of dedication makes all the difference and gives the feeling of being treated like a guest, not just served. We will gladly return to celebrate our wedding dinner here. And we can't wait to discover the other villa as soon as it opens.

The dishes were simple but delicious. The desserts, on the other hand, were quite elaborate, with perfectly balanced flavors. I was completely full by the end of the meal. I highly recommend it!

My first outing of the year didn't live up to my expectations. The crabmeat broth (insignificant) was passable, and the vegetables in the dish were so-so. They could do better… I wouldn't recommend this place for the €30 set menu…

Hello everyone 🌻. Food lovers, this VERY VERY VERY GOOD restaurant is for you. It's tucked away at the end of an alley, discreetly marked with small signs indicating its location in the heart of Romans. It has a terrace. They take your coats as soon as you enter, which is very thoughtful. The welcome is very friendly and courteous. The service is impeccable. Two set menus are offered (at least on Saturdays). For my first time, I was absolutely not disappointed. The meal was a PURE DELIGHT, a perfect combination of flavors, textures, ingredients, and seasonings. A HUGE THANK YOU AND BRAVO TO THE CHEF 👏👏. Be prepared to spend a bit, as it's not for everyone, but it's worth it. Perhaps for a wedding anniversary, a date, or simply to treat yourself 😊. ⚠️ The parking lot is inside but small; you'll have to park outside as there are no spaces, which adds an extra cost. Consider booking in advance 😉.

A very pleasant place, excellent cuisine, and a truly attentive team: we received excellent support in preparing a long-planned birthday celebration. The advice on drinks and the availability of a television in the room were particularly appreciated. However, on the day itself, the organization fell short of these initial impressions: the service was lovely but far too slow, and the appetizers arrived cold and excessively salty after a two-hour wait. No compensation was offered, not even for the two appetizers that the children couldn't have with the set menu, a point we had raised well in advance. A disappointment for what could have been a perfect occasion. I love Villa Margot, but I won't be repeating the birthday party experience.
