Great place for a Guiness. Service and food are awesome. I highly recommend it. A must try.

Originally created in the 70 by an Irish gentleman now owned by frensh partners Gregory & Thierry who kept the same name La Virgule which means the comma Gregory was our host and he took very good care of us Coffe was strong The crepe where very well presented and tasted really good The ham and cheese salade was really fresh and the dressing unbelievably balanced

We stopped by for a few beers to continue our tour in a place with an excellent location and view. And not only were we surprised by the staff, who were very friendly and close, but also by the client who is subtly seen behind our group in the photo. If you know his name we would appreciate it if you could share it with us, we want to give him Thank you for such a nice gesture towards us and we don't know how to locate it!

Well settled after a long visit.

A breath of fresh air and overall fantastic. Paris is beautiful, but the crowds can be brutal. It was an extremely pleasant respite from the crowds. We were warmly welcomed in by one owner, Gregory, and promptly sat with a smile at our table. I must admit, I scoffed when I looked around and noticed we had been warmly welcomed into an Irish pub in the middle of Paris. Still, a cool beverage is a cool beverage. And great service is great service, which is exactly what we got. Gregory’s co-owner, Thierry, was our server and he took excellent care. I suppose the real surprise was after five days of London and trying a different fish and chips every day, this pub in France beat all but one. The batter was perfectly delicate and crispy, the fish cooked to a t. My wife went with the traditional croak Madame, loved it, and the kids said it was the best burger they had the whole trip. If you can find a seat, I would encourage you to go. They were a highlight of our trip. To the persons comment below, I absolutely refuse to believe you were charged two euros to go to the bathroom if you were paying customer. Paying to go to the bathroom is common in France. It was new to me too, but no. if you actually walk in, knowing that it might cost a Coca-Cola to use the restroom, the people tend to be more friendly than not. That’s everywhere.
