Good food, fresh meat, not nervous, fresh salmon pasta with salmon crumbs and slice of fresh salmon and fresh Roquefort pasta with a not too strong taste so loved by my daughter and me. The only downside is that the covered terrace is a bit of a cool current nest in winter for those who are installed along the tarpaulin despite the good radian heating. It must be said that it was _3° outside.

Went here with a group of friends. Got seated right away and overall the services was very good. I ordered the Escargot as starter and the Fish and Chips. Both very good prepared well, cooked just right. The Fish and Chips are different in France more like Panko Breading and not oily. The Escargot, well it's what you do when in France. Atmosphere is like a typical French cafe warm and inviting. Menus are in French and English. So if you in one of the sounding hotel to out explore try a local cafe.

Nice and simple French restaurant. Nice and attentive service, even when the restaurant is crowded. The food was good and met our expectations.

After having tried this restaurant several times, I can share my opinion with you. The kitchen is ok. The welcome is very cold, no particular intention of knowing if we are satisfied with the dishes, bordering on unpleasant…. You must restart the server to place an order. I won't come back. 3 stars only for the kitchen

Delicious meat, aligot…. A taste of mousseline enhanced with tasteless cheese, when you can't make a puree we remove it from the menu! The water finally arrived at the end of the meal, the bread non-existent…

Classic bistro located in the hotel zone near CDG. Good cuisine. Attentive and courteous service. The only flaw is that the tables and spaces are limited.

Le Restaurant Apollo du Hyatt Regency Paris CDG

31/07/2024: I only came for the restaurant and it's a shame that the buffet is closed during the summer. Other than that, the dishes are well designed and the service is very good.
28/07/2024: At the top of beautiful, well renovated rooms and a free shuttle service.
