La Voile Bleue sur Angouleme

Visited this gem in Angoulême's market hall and was blown away by the quality. The Fish and Chips were perfectly crispy and tender, while the 'Petit assortiment' offered an incredibly fresh and tasty selection. The 'Poulet' was also a highlight, flavorful and cooked to perfection. This place is a must-try for delicious meals in a vibrant setting. Highly recommend!

I only tried the fries this evening at the comic book festival but the level was stratospheric. Always looking for the best fries, the blue sail is perfect. Cutting nickel cooking nickel quantity nickel is flawless. Fries as we like them, very fatty. And the homemade mayo is delicious too. I'm making a note for my next time in Angoulême!! And the price is low, which is great. Sorry for the blurry photo of the place.
