A fantastic discovery ✨ My sweetheart and I tried this tapas bar, Un Des Trous, and what a wonderful surprise it was! I'd discovered this place on social media, but the experience in person far surpasses anything you can imagine. The bartender is passionate, attentive to his customers, and above all, incredibly dedicated to doing things right. His cocktail creations are simply incredible: visually stunning, original, refined… and even more impressive once you taste them. You can feel the heart and effort he puts into every detail. The place is unique, welcoming, and has a real identity. The prices are surprisingly affordable for the quality offered, and the entire team is exceptionally kind and genuine—a rare quality these days. This is definitely a place that deserves to be better known. Seeing professionals so dedicated and passionate about what they do deserves to be highlighted. We'll be back with great pleasure ✨
