La Voute sur Lyon

We had a lovely lunch here in May. The owners were delightful and so friendly. You can tell they really care about the food quality and making sure their guests are happy. I had the traditional pike pie and it was delicious. We were all very happy with our meals and would highly recommend.

Très belle adresse, pas loin des quais de Saône. Petite carte, mais cuisine généreuse, préparée dans les règles de l’art. Le feuilleté au boudin en entrée vous ouvre réveille les papilles et vous prépare pour la suite. L’andouillette est très bien préparée. J’ai adoré la sauce moutarde et surtout la purée bien crémeuse. Une ile flottante, légère de par le nom et la constitution, histoire de finir en douceur. Service impeccable et amical. La cheffe de salle est à vis soins, en vous conseillant mets et vins.

Excellent little traditional cork. The service was very friendly, as was the atmosphere. The food is excellent and in very generous quantities. The only downside; the grattons as appetizers were not very good

Restaurant with a very pleasant atmosphere, attentive service and personalized attention. I suppose the food depends a lot on taste but for frugal Mediterranean palates it can be excessively heavy, in the end, it is typical Lyonnais food and tastes that may be more or less close. Anyway, I don't give more points because the letter, the explanations and the bill were a huge mess. Dishes that we had not eaten, added to the ticket, others that did not appear. The menu choice is not clear regarding what you can order or what you cannot order and what falls within the price of said menu. Anyway...it makes it very complicated to go out to eat with friends, understand the bill and pay knowing that everything is correct. We didn't go back because of the rush, but under other conditions I would have gone back to have the entire ticket redone again.

A very nice discovery, Lyonnais cork atmosphere. Good and generous dish, typical of Lyon gastronomy. The great waitress.
