Hello everyone, I have been the chef at the vault for 10 years in the same place, the quality has not changed and today the problem 1 customer out of 20 customers complained that the rack of pork was hard for her and for the other 19 it was very good. And why did you eat almost all the meat (and the fries) and only leave a little bit???? You may have confused pork loin and pork loin, they are not the same. And nowhere is it written or mentioned that the fries are homemade. We work so that our customers have a pleasant time, unpacking so much nastiness is useless THANKS

Nous nous sommes régalés la viande de kangourou était hyper tendre et le tartare de saumon, un délice. Dommage que l attente fut longue pour avoir les desserts (35min) car ils étaient également très bons 😉

Cuisine légère et délicieuse, un regret cependant car les accompagnements sont les mêmes pour tous les plats et prendre du bœuf sauté au gingembre accompagné de ratatouille... c'est dommage.

Très bon restaurant, qualité prix correct, accueil service très agréable. Belle présentation des assiettes. On peut déjeuner en salle ou en terrasse sur la plage.
