This restaurant is very well located near the cathedral. The welcome is incredibly warm, the dining room is charming, and the chef's cuisine is a delight. Quality and quantity are both excellent, presented with simplicity and authenticity. It's now a regular stop on our way up to the ski slopes. I highly recommend it.

We celebrated my grandfather's 90th birthday, and for the occasion, the venue was entirely reserved for our group. The welcome was incredibly warm: the staff were attentive, kind, and very caring throughout the event. The cuisine was exquisite, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. Go without hesitation; it was a truly wonderful experience.

Certainly one of the best restaurants I have eaten at in months. It was a delightful surprise as I wasn't expecting anything even close to the quality that we discovered in this unmissable family run operation. I can only recommend you try it for yourselves. We tried an extensive set of dishes with the Wagyu beef and deer steaks in a fruity sauce accompanied by one of the best polenta side dishes I have ever tasted. The deserts were also as diverse and subtle as the main dishes with a rich chocolate fondant cake, a set of mini-deserts including baked pear topped with caramel sauce, a rich and fruity rice pudding and a tart red fruit panacota. Every element was prepared with the same degree of attention. The dishes were accompanied by top quality wines or local specialities like artisanal Genepi, poire or champagne. A gastronomic safari not to be missed!
