A wonderful place! The cuisine is refined, seasonal, and offers a fresh perspective on ingredients and gastronomy. The service is also very professional and welcoming; no complaints there. My only slight reservation concerns the dining room, which perhaps lacks a bit of decoration and personality. But overall, it remains a very enjoyable experience, with high-quality food and service.

A truly excellent place to remember. We came as a family of four. They offer a set menu in the evening, with four or five courses, and original combinations (langoustines/strawberries/peas, for example). It's both beautiful and delicious. They also offer a wine pairing option at a very attractive price. The chef works right in front of you and even serves you, as he's working alone... Amazing! As a result, they only have 10 seats at the moment, but hurry, it's really worth it.

A must-try! Bold and truly successful flavor combinations. Everything was delicious from start to finish of the five-course meal. Perfect wine pairing at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it if you're ever in Caen.

The cuisine is very inventive. The langoustine starter, a perfectly executed pea and strawberry ravioli, is a delight. The fish with elderflower sauce is delicious with artichoke. The rhubarb, honey, and shiso dessert is incredible. We were thrilled with our dinner. The service is attentive and friendly, which is very pleasant.
