A truly excellent place to remember.
We came as a family of four. They offer a set menu in the evening, with four or five courses, and original combinations (langoustines/strawberries/peas, for example). It's both beautiful and delicious. They also offer a wine pairing option at a very attractive price. The chef works right in front of you and even serves you, as he's working alone... Amazing!
As a result, they only have 10 seats at the moment, but hurry, it's really worth it.

A must-try!
Bold and truly successful flavor combinations.
Everything was delicious from start to finish of the five-course meal. Perfect wine pairing at a very reasonable price.
I highly recommend it if you're ever in Caen.

The cuisine is very inventive. The langoustine starter, a perfectly executed pea and strawberry ravioli, is a delight.
The fish with elderflower sauce is delicious with artichoke.
The rhubarb, honey, and shiso dessert is incredible.
We were thrilled with our dinner.
The service is attentive and friendly, which is very pleasant.

Good food, beautiful presentation, however, the portions were small, too light. We were seated opposite the chef who was scrubbing and mopping the floor while we were eating our dessert! Mixed review, recommended by the Michelin Guide but ultimately disappointing. A shame, because the ingredients are high quality.

Superb, incredibly affordable gastronomic address in Caen!
A delight with dishes as beautiful as they are delicious!
The creamy soup starter was incredibly smooth with a wonderful interplay of textures thanks to the crumble.
The fish course was cooked to perfection with its white asparagus and roasted endive.
Unbeatable value for money at this level of cuisine! A must-try!

What a wonderful discovery! This restaurant truly lives up to its name: without any fuss or pretension, the chef offers a cuisine of exquisite and original complexity, rich in tastes and flavors. Throughout the meal, one senses not only the chef's mastery but, above all, his passion for his ingredients and his craft. A huge thank you, by the way, for adapting the menu and certain dishes to my pregnant wife's needs. The service was also impeccable from beginning to end. In short, a big thank you and congratulations for this wonderful restaurant and such a delightful dinner!
