Wir hatten einen fantastischen Abend bei Stéphane Carbone, besonders mit Mehdi, der im Service sympathisch und wortgewandt auf all unsere Wünsche eingegangen ist. Wir hatten a 7-Gang Menu and the vegan 4-Gang Menu were sogar etwas erweitert, damit keiner dem anderen nur beim Essen zuschauen musste. Die Weinbegleitung war ebenfalls wunderbar. Ganz besonders wird unas Dessert en Erinnerung bleiben, das mit einer Tomato einen ungewöhnlichen Hauptdarsteller hatte. Also a Hund will be wunderbar umsorgt. We had a fantastic evening at Stéphane Carbone's, thanks in particular to Mehdi, who was very kind and articulate in answering all our questions. We enjoyed a seven-course menu, and the four-course vegan menu was even slightly expanded so that no one was left simply watching the other eat. The wine pairing was also wonderful. The dessert will remain a highlight and a memorable moment, showcasing an unusual star ingredient – ​​the tomato. Our dog was also very well looked after. Thank you so much!

We sampled the lobster-themed menu to maximize the experience of discovery (no details were given, we wanted to be surprised). The cuisine was refined and delicate; it was a 10/10 from start to finish. The service was impeccable. We had a view of the kitchen, which was very pleasant. We enjoyed a warm chat with the chef. We can't wait to return to try the "flavors" menu.

We booked a table at Stéphane Carbone for a birthday celebration, and it was a wonderful experience. From the amuse-bouche to the petit fours, everything was simply delicious. A special mention goes to the chef's signature dessert, the epitome of indulgence. We left having completely lost track of time, so thoroughly enjoyed were we, with the feeling of having eaten just the right amount, and our taste buds brimming with flavor. Thank you again for the thoughtful touch for my birthday. A special mention also goes to Mehdi, who took perfect care of us during this delightful interlude. We'll definitely be back very soon.

Very tasty food! The staff wasn't the best at english, however they did their best to communicate everything with us. We understood even more about what we ate than normally! Recommend eating here, if you want a fancy tasty dinner with very friendly staff
