L'Abri des Flots sur Erquy

Returning from vacation, passing through Erquy, lunch in this restaurant facing the port, a very nice experience both in terms of the meal and the service, the staff were really very pleasant and smiling, the Angus bavette steak was delicious, well done and thank you.

We had lunch yesterday on the terrace overlooking the sea, in a truly lovely setting. The service was quick and friendly, which was much appreciated. We enjoyed shrimp served with mayonnaise, salted butter, and excellent country bread, as well as high-quality scallops, perfectly cooked and delicious. The only downside was the side dish with the scallops: the vegetables were really too few and rather disappointing for this type of dish (a slice of carrot, a piece of turnip, a small broccoli floret, a cauliflower floret, a small potato, and a mushroom). It's a shame because it contrasted with the quality of the rest of the meal. Despite this, the value for money was still good, and we had a very pleasant time.

A delightful moment in every respect.

There were three of us, adults with our small dog. We received a very warm welcome from Claire and Clara, who were incredibly friendly and always attentive to our comfort. We were initially outside, but we moved inside to the veranda as the sun had set and it was getting quite chilly. The non-alcoholic cocktails were very good, as was the white sangria. The only charcuterie board they offer is a nice change from the others we've seen, and it was delicious. We loved the main courses, but the only slight disappointment was with the roasted salmon, which came with vegetable purée, something that wasn't described as such, making it less substantial. However, the waitress had warned us that the salmon portion was less substantial than, for example, the duck breast. The dessert was excellent, especially the roasted pineapple with buckwheat ice cream. The service was excellent, cheerful, and always with a smile. I highly recommend it for a pleasant experience.

My daughter and I came for dinner during our holiday in Erquy. We had a lovely time. The food was excellent, the waitresses very friendly, and the view of the harbor was superb.

This restaurant is flawless. Beautiful location on the port, friendly and attentive waitresses. The dishes were beautifully presented and a delight for the taste buds. Highly recommended.

This is our second time eating here after a motorcycle ride to Erquy. We chose the special scallop menu and were once again delighted, both with the food and the presentation. The servers are friendly and attentive. Thank you!
