A delight accompanied by a warm welcome

The food is truly delicious! The rating doesn't reflect the food itself, but rather the service and the waitress's welcome. We called ahead to make sure we could come. Upon arrival, we were immediately informed of the closing time. When we ordered appetizers instead of main courses, we understood that this didn't satisfy them, even though the final bill was €62, which I think is a reasonable amount. We also received a comment about the tasting platter (for two) even though there were three of us and we had ordered other appetizers. The person implied that we would be charged extra. We ordered appetizers mainly because we are vegetarian, even though I don't feel the need to justify it. I don't think I'll be back, which is a shame because the food is good.

After some confusion about the restaurant, I booked L'Absolu for my birthday, thinking it was a different restaurant I'd already visited. With my children, grandchild, husband, and me, we walked through the door with many questions on our minds. Honestly, we all unanimously had no regrets; we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, everything was delicious, and the dishes were beautifully presented. We had a lovely evening. I'm so glad I discovered this cuisine and this place, which I wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you to the staff for the warm welcome. A wonderful discovery!

Living in L'Union, we wanted to try this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by both the quality and quantity of the food, all in a friendly, family atmosphere. I recommend this restaurant, and the takeaway options seem promising, judging by the people who came to pick some up while we were there.
