Impeccable service but not good value for money

Loved it. The Ambience , the staff and taste of the food, were all top notch. Do definitely try this.

Stop by chance at l'Absolu to have breakfast. The pastries and hot chocolate are of very good quality. Calm atmosphere. Professional welcome. I recommend this establishment.

I visit this place all the time. I’m a local. The owner makes his own fois gras and it’s exquisite. I want oysters? He’s got some and they are so tasty. Have you tried “tête de veau” well you may if you pass by. The absolu offers hearty breakfasts. Everything is home made. Come and swing by, you won’t be disappointed. Today's special is different everyday. Surprise yourself.

Our regular place for breakfast when we are in Paris. For a reasonable price (12 euros) they serve a great start to the day with coffee/tea, fresh orange juice, a croissant, a baguette with butter and jam and scrambled eggs with bacon. The croque madame is also recommended. Loose cappuccino (5.60 euros) and tea (4.80 euros) are very expensive. And oh yes, also a great place for an aperitif with a wide choice of cocktails.
