12/12/2024: I gave this dinner to my cousin for her birthday. From the moment we arrived, the kind and warm welcome laid the foundations for a memorable evening. The place, with its few tables, offers an intimate atmosphere conducive to culinary discovery. Knowing little about the world of wine, the sommelier was able to guide me with finesse to choose a wine that perfectly suited my tastes. We then opted for a menu in five sequences, which turned out to be true culinary poetry. Each dish offered delicate flavors and perfectly harmonious combinations, and as promised, they accompanied our choice of wine ideally. Mr. François-Xavier was available and kind to answer all our questions, while Madame the sommelier showed great patience and kindness in the face of our lack of knowledge in oenology. We particularly appreciated the delicate attention paid to my cousin's birthday: a beautiful chocolate plaque with the inscription “Happy Birthday,” which she was able to take away as a souvenir of this exceptional evening. Thanks to this fine team, we had an exceptional time as a family. I recommend this unique experience without hesitation. The phrase that best illustrates this evening is: “A sweet amusement park for the taste buds. » For people wishing to stop by the bar before dinner, I strongly advise you to also make a reservation, as it is often crowded.
