This Ladurée is a famous Paris bakery with international acclaim for their macaroons (€2.90 each). They have several branches around the city including this place along Rue Bonaparte. Opening hours are 8.30am to 7pm daily.
They have a nice assortment of flavours, packages purchases nicely in take-away boxes for larger purchases. We found the pistachio to be fine, lemon are always a great choice, been our favourite for many years. Macaroon texture is slightly crunchy with a soft inside and layer of jam. They are really good, worth trying while in Paris.
On y vient pour les macarons mais aussi pour la galette des rois de l'épiphanie. C'est tout simplement un régal, servie avec une couronne et une fève macaron de la maison. Une adresse incontournable pour les amoureux du quartier Saint Germain. A consommer sans modération! Je recommande.
