Lafargue sur Chaponost

We called on JLT for our wedding at Château de Champ Renard in Blacé on August 17 for 120 people. Everything went very well from the remote organization, the tasting in Chaponost and of course the big day. The JLT teams were very responsive to a last minute weather change and all our guests were delighted with the service and the quality of the appetizers and dishes served. Communication was very fluid with the maître d'hôtel, which allowed the timing established with JLT and other service providers to be respected.

We used Lafargue Traiteur for our wedding and we were very satisfied with the result. The cocktail was very popular with our guests. Yassine took great care of us by bringing us trays so that we could eat. We thank the entire new team and especially Guillaume, the laboratory chef who prepared our meal.

Thank you to the servers and caterer for their meal and service during our wedding. We got married at the Château de Janzé and it was a real pleasure to have this team. Our guests were delighted with the dishes served at the table and we were delighted with the service from the team. Looking back, I wonder if the two workshops we ordered had been set up... it doesn't seem to me. But conversely we received two or three gifts from them which compensated. We retained Lafargue caterer in 2023 for our children's wedding which took place on July 13, 2024. Very nice performance, a cocktail whose quality, presentation and flavor our guests appreciated. We used the services of JLT for our wedding in May 2024. Having booked the service with the previous owners, the change worried us. But that was without counting on Margaux, the manager of our file, who was very professional and knew how to meet all our needs. The service (buffet dinner) was flawless. The on-site manager, Zora, took great care of us and set aside appetizers for my husband and me every time she saw us busy. The guests were full of praise for the quality and taste of the appetizers!
