The recipes are simple, but the quality of the ingredients more than makes up for this simplicity. The wine cellar is well-stocked and the service is pleasant. However, the desserts really lack polish – the chocolate fondant seems mass-produced – although the artisanal ice cream from Aissay does redeem the whole experience. A very good place to discover the local flavors of the Franche-Comté region.

The place and decor are quite nice. Unfortunately, I was "badly seated," in the draft from the door that doesn't close automatically and that some customers leave open; at the end of November, that's not ideal. There were a lot of waits (seating, waiting for the aperitif, then the main course and dessert). I was satisfied with my Mont d'Or cheese, but my friend's tartiflette was small for the price, which is a shame because it wasn't bad. For dessert, we both ordered a chocolate fondant with a scoop of ice cream. No problem for me, but my friend didn't get his scoop of ice cream because "sorry, we're out of ice cream." The least they could have done was ask if he wanted another ice cream or another dessert, and there was no gesture of goodwill for it, which I find disappointing. We both originally ordered this dessert primarily for the ice cream. Around €80 for 2, disappointments, no gestures of goodwill, it's really a shame, I don't think I'll be back.

Excellent food, quality wine. Good value for money. Attentive and accommodating staff. We had a wonderful time as a group of six. I highly recommend it.

Very good time, very good meal, the atmosphere is really nice. Small downside: the price of the hot box was a bit high, and on the menu it wasn't specified that the price was per person, but otherwise the rest was really nice, I'll come back 👍

Overall, we had a good evening. However, it's unfortunate that it was marred by the disturbing remarks of a customer who was a "friend" of the management and had apparently overindulged in alcohol. His borderline remarks on various topics (women, society, etc.) should have no place in a public space, especially not in a restaurant. However, the meal was delicious.
