I had one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating experiences at this spa, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into a calm, elegant atmosphere designed for total peace and comfort. The interior pool was absolutely beautiful—perfectly maintained, warm, and incredibly soothing. The jacuzzi was the ideal touch of luxury, with powerful jets that instantly relieved tension and made it impossible not to unwind. The wellness circuit was outstanding. The sauna was spotless and perfectly heated. The Turkish bath was equally impressive—warm, calming, and perfect for clearing the mind and refreshing the body. The combination of steam and heat left me feeling completely renewed. Everything was impeccably clean, well organized, and thoughtfully designed. The lighting, scent, and overall ambience created the perfect escape from everyday stress and after a day of snowboarding. A special mention goes to Chloé at reception, who was absolutely wonderful—warm, professional, and incredibly welcoming. Her kindness and attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable from the very start. If you’re looking for a place to relax, recharge, and truly treat yourself, this spa is the perfect destination. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and completely re-energized. Highly recommended!

We had a truly fantastic week at this resort. It's great that you can ski right from the hotel to the first lift. It's not a beginner's slope, but if you can ski a bit, it's no problem. We had a beautiful view. The apartment is fully equipped, so we could even cook and eat in. The pool and saunas are wonderful. It was also really nice that we could borrow sleds for the kids for free.

Lovely week's stay in Flaine with a group of 5 adults in one spacious apartment. Will definitely return. Great location for the resort, lovely front desk staff, well-equipped apartments and facilities - roomy ski locker, fantastic loan fondue machine, and ample towels with bathrobes and slippers (only 2 there on check-in but the extra 3 were instantly provided from the spa reception). Generous amounts of crockery and glassware, which other similar hotels can be stingy with, and good cleaning and condiment set provided. Loved the pool and spa facilities - think some reviewers need to figure out the difference between a whirlpool that's operating at its described temperatures from the signs (31-35°) and a jacuzzi. The jets were brilliant for pummeling sore muscles, and the sauna was delightful. Ski-in is definitely not for beginners - mogul-prone red run - but we had 2 adults who had never skied before the trip who were happy to ski out from day 3. I'd recommend sending one person up to check in then return with the code for the door to the ground floor with its lifts, as it is a reasonable heft of stairs up to reception with luggage.

A wonderful stay and a special mention to the spa therapist for her massage. Gentle and attentive, I highly recommend treating yourself to a relaxing massage at the spa after a great day on the slopes. You can also unwind in the jacuzzi, hammam, and sauna!
