First time back since the reopening, not disappointed. I can't give more details since we were invited, but I assure everyone the meal was very good, and I wasn't invited by management, I assure you.

A great place for lunch! I went with colleagues and was pleasantly surprised. The set menu is traditional, but there's a good selection of tasty starters, main courses, and desserts (three of each). The presentation is lovely. The fries are excellent. Very good value for money, and the servers are very friendly! I highly recommend it 😊

A warm welcome and excellent food with several delicious homemade desserts. A bit more expensive on weekends as there's no set menu, like in most restaurants. It's easy to return without hesitation, and you won't be disappointed... A place to remember 😉👍

27/03/2026: Excellent! Although we're from Tarbes, we hadn't been back to this restaurant for at least 20 years… Very indulgent—it lives up to its name—and very pleasant! Rich and hearty dishes made with very fresh, local ingredients. A good selection of local wines, especially if you like Madiran. Delicious desserts without being too sweet. In short: go!

15/02/2026: One evening, we made a reservation at L’Authentique, a restaurant I highly recommend. The food is excellent, especially the very tender, melt-in-your-mouth meat served with forest-style potatoes. The portions are very generous, and the desserts are delicious. The staff is very friendly and all gentlemen, which I think is a great touch. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the team.
