A warm welcome, the staff are attentive to ensuring the meal runs smoothly. The dishes are excellent and beautifully presented. The pastries displayed in the window are all as beautiful as they are appetizing; it's hard to choose just one... As for the ambiance, personally, I would have preferred the old location.

Arriving as a family of four with a stroller and without a reservation, we were warmly welcomed and seated at the last table.
Excellent value for money, the braised cabbage was divine, perfectly complementing the cooked duck breast.
A lovely wine list featuring regional wines.
Thank you for this wonderful experience. We'll be back, but we'll definitely book in advance next time! 😅

Chic gastro with great service & delicious cuisine. The tapenade was a green pea puree that was delicious beyond words!!! The accompanying bread - crusty & delicious. The plats were generous and the poisson was excellent quality. Just would have loved more vegetables included in the meal. The dessert de jour was a warm baked apple with a caramel sauce - 😋😋.

Perfect! Great food and very pleasant servers. Finally, a rum baba generously soaked in rum, just the way we like it. The green risotto and the fish were delicious. The interior decor is lovely; I'd only been to the terrace before. Keep up the good work!

I often dine at L'Aile ou la Cuisse, and I'm never disappointed. The food is consistently excellent, from the delicate scallop carpaccio and fresh tuna tataki to the perfectly roasted spring chicken served with truffle mashed potatoes and foie gras sauce. The beef and cod dishes are always beautifully prepared, showcasing quality ingredients and exceptional technique.
Add to that a fantastic wine list, what is perhaps the best baguette in Saint-Rémy from their family bakery, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere created by friendly and highly professional staff, and you have a restaurant I return to time and again. I highly recommend it!
