We had a beautiful meal here - the food was wonderful and the atmosphere was great! Definitely try the escargot.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and freshness of the ingredients. Each dish was flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and subtly enhanced with beautiful spices that brought out the flavors without overpowering them. The fish was cooked to perfection—a true delight. The presentation was simply magnificent. Each dish was arranged with great care, finesse, and creativity. The colors, textures, and overall presentation made you want to taste the food even before you took a bite. It was as beautiful to look at as it was to eat, and every bite confirmed this first impression. The value for money is also remarkable. Considering the quality of the ingredients, the attention to detail in each dish, and the generous portions, the prices are more than justified. It's even a wonderful surprise, given the high standard of cuisine for the price. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A special mention to the chef, whose talent and attention to detail shine through in every creation, and to the entire team for their warm, friendly, and welcoming service. A fantastic place to discover in Saint-Rémy. We shared 10 courses and 4 desserts among four people, and everything was absolutely perfect. Fresh, high-quality ingredients, entirely homemade cuisine, all at very reasonable prices considering the quality offered. The service is impeccable, provided by a young, passionate, and attentive team. I highly recommend this place!

Visiting St Remy after a week in Paris, here to see the lavender in full bloom. We’ve had some spectacular meals—everything from highly curated multi-course experiences to street food that was truly amazing. With all of that under our belt (literally), L’ao was a real standout. Take it from an American who knows how to enjoy a meal—visit this fantastic establishment.

Very nice discovery and experience. The food was very good, staff nice and welcoming. And our elderly dog was very well treated..

The service was truly disastrous. Slow, sluggish, and haphazard, some of the servers seemed completely lost. The most experienced among them unfortunately dropped a dish on the table. The plate shattered, resulting in grease splatters all over my wife's linen dress. At the end of the meal, the chef came to chat with the next table but not ours. Surprising! And when it came time to pay the bill, not a word about the spilled plate, not even a complimentary coffee. What a shame, as the dishes themselves were original and delicious. The value for money is good, but not exceptional. We won't be back. We've already talked too much about the service.
