L'Aile Ou La Cuisse sur Saint-Remy-De-Provence

After the restaurant I usually take my tour groups to texted to say they were closing today, I checked online and found this one. It was excellent! I will now make this my go-to restaurant when in Saint Remy next year.

A warm and attentive welcome and service. A very pleasant, shaded, and spacious setting. Tasty, well-prepared cuisine with beautiful presentation.

Always top-notch! We'll be back again!

This was our 2nd visit to L'Aile ou la Cuisse and once again we had a fantastic experience! Our server, Garance, was very friendly as were all of the staff that assisted us at our table. The 7 hour lamb with the dauphinois is amazing!!! The atmosphere sitting outside is perfect! Only request is: if you could add some ice cream to the dessert choices, that would be nice.

Lovely location for outdoor seating. Food was spectacular. Presentation and all.

Salad was very creative and delicious. Galene, our waitress, was fantastic!

We returned this year with great pleasure to enjoy the dishes offered, which were still as good as ever, and were delighted to see Garance again, who is an exceptional, efficient and very funny waitress.

The chef is very heavy handed with the ingredients. Food critics know that less is more! Lobster ravioli should be treated more delicately: no nuts, no pomegranates. Let the flavors surface without the overkill. Scallops are so delicate! Spinach is great! Why the heavy over processed cauliflower that masked the delicacy of the scallops! Unfortunate preparation. The color of the cauliflower was unappetizing! GRAY! YUK! The chicken was just chicken- the sauce was wasted on the skin which was tossed. The Pavlova was over-sugared and under-flavored. Not a great taste choice. Then there was the music! Awful!! Repetitive music for teenagers. Perhaps some adult music would make the dishes go down more easily. Regrettable choice. Would not recommend it.
