New address in Eygalières, which we highly recommend; the food is excellent and the pastries are delicious.

As in their previous establishment, Céline welcomed us with her warm, smiling, and professional manner. The chef delighted us with perfectly cooked fish, fresh and trendy appetizers (meltingly tender candied eggplant, artichokes prepared two ways), and as always, absolutely divine desserts! Dark chocolate in various textures that we won't soon forget, or a moist apricot cake... Mmmmmm! Thank you to them!

It was a pleasure to rediscover Maison Marshall in Eygalières, a restaurant we knew from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence.
The dishes are as delicious as ever, prepared with high-quality ingredients and presented with care.
Special mention goes to the desserts, which are simply exceptional: the creations featuring chocolate or lemon, with their varied textures, are a true delight! And the thoughtful touch, when we mentioned a birthday at the beginning of our meal, was that dessert arrived accompanied by a fountain candle and the staff singing "Happy Birthday."
We will definitely be back!
