Salon de Thé Michel Marshall sur Saint-Remy-De-Provence

A wonderful evening at Restaurant Marshall in Eygalières, recently opened in the former location of L’Aubergine, a true village institution. We were completely captivated by the food: vibrant cuisine with refined presentation and beautiful ingredients. A real sense of creativity shines through, all while maintaining a generous and flavorful experience. Special mention goes to the artichoke salad, the carpaccio, and especially the lemon dessert… absolutely divine! The desserts are created by Mr. Marshall, former pastry chef at the renowned Marshall pastry shop in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. A unique and refreshingly talented restaurant that we highly recommend to those who haven't yet discovered it!

What a lovely surprise this Sunday lunch was! A wonderful welcome, friendly service, excellent and delicate cuisine, and a cozy outdoor atmosphere. A truly delightful surprise. The whole family—parents, children, and grandparents—loved it. We'll be back to see if our plaque has been added to the post 😇 Thank you again for this lovely time.

We went for brunch and it was absolutely delicious. Super tasty and perfect portion size and the service is super friendly.
