A wonderful atmosphere. We received a warm welcome and were served with great kindness throughout the evening. The appetizers were exceptional, and the main courses—the lamb shoulder stew and the lemon risotto—were a true delight. We even had room for a truly exceptional lemon dessert. It was a marvelous evening—thank you to the entire team.
P.S.: Our dog was also very welcome.

A superb new restaurant has opened in the heart of the village of Eygalieres.
The cuisine is refined, featuring seasonal produce bursting with flavor. The dishes are beautifully presented, elegant, and delicious. The desserts are, of course, exceptional, but we know the chef trained with some of the finest pastry chefs and delighted us for years with his pastries in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence.
The best restaurant in the village, and open year-round, it's an absolute must-try.
