L'Alambic sur Jarnac

Bravo! I've rarely enjoyed a single dish so much while traveling. Perfectly cooked, delicately seasoned, and beautifully presented. A small clove of charred garlic was the finishing touch, all homemade. The gourmet coffee was divine! Bravo! Exquisite, refined, and generous cuisine. I highly recommend it. If I weren't just passing through, this would become my go-to spot. 😁 I only regret not taking any photos. 🙃

Superb meal, I highly recommend this restaurant. We were very well received despite our unplanned arrival; the staff were friendly and took good care of their customers. I will definitely be back.

A very bad experience. All the meat dishes were cooked incorrectly. The hamburger intended for a child arrived almost raw, which is simply unacceptable. The so-called "Italian-style minced steak" was covered in mayonnaise, completely tasteless, and had nothing Italian about it. A disappointing and uninteresting dish. The value for money is poor, and we didn't enjoy our meal at all. We certainly won't be returning, and we do not recommend this establishment.

Passing through Jarnac with our family, we enjoyed the meal and the welcome. Don't hesitate, go there! 😀
