Don't be fooled by the unassuming storefront! The traditional cuisine is well worth the trip, as is the warm welcome from the passionate owner. Auvergne dishes are prepared with care, and the service is nothing short of spectacular. All this without breaking the bank! Highly recommended.

A truly traditional place, just the way we like them, with a warm and welcoming owner who is very helpful and eager to introduce you to his region and its products. Top-notch, I highly recommend it, we had a wonderful meal! For those who fancy a bit of a game, ask him for his Marc.

The food is very good, especially the Aligot with duck, which is exquisite. The place looks even better in person, and the service is very good, but I didn't like that the owner, who serves Aligot and attends to customers, strongly reprimanded one of the waitresses in front of the diners.

A small, local restaurant, very generous portions, and delicious. Charming welcome, no reservation required; the owner greeted us warmly on Valentine's Day evening. I highly recommend this little detour to enjoy typical Auvergne dishes.

01/06/2026: Good homemade food. We had to wait a while for the food, but it also was very busy. We sat at the bar area as it had more ambiance then the restaurant part. Very good value for your money.

15/05/2026: A wonderful surprise on the way back from vacation. Lisa and Gigi in the dining room are incredibly friendly, even when you arrive at the end of service. The starters and main courses are excellent and generous. Thank you.
