We had a wonderful time at L'Alambic! We thoroughly enjoyed some must-try Auvergne specialties: pounti for starters, truffade for my partner, and aligot with sausage for me. The dishes were generous, authentic, and perfectly executed. A must-visit in Clermont-Ferrand if you're looking for quality local cuisine. I highly recommend it!

We had a lovely meal at this restaurant, which had a friendly atmosphere. Despite our lateness, we were greeted with a smile (sorry again!). The manager is delightful, and we left very satisfied. Our only regret is not being able to return because we live too far away. I highly recommend it.
