L'Albarino sur Paris

Very good restaurant, the cocktails are to die for, the dishes are spicy just right in a fairly intimate setting....I love it

I arrived just when they opened for the day, so it was quiet, soft Afrobeat instrumentals playing in the background and I was able to clearly appreciate the decor. I was attended to but not overly with the food arriving timely. I ate one of the house specials, Tiep Bou Dienn...delicious with a glass of rose wine. I wish the fish was more but maybe I'm just an over-eating American. :) I would return and recommend to others for sure.
