It's always a great discovery to return to this restaurant with very affordable prices and welcoming and attentive staff. A treat for the taste buds with sophisticated, original and refined cuisine. Congratulations to the cook and the pastry chef for her choux 😉. Very good address, I recommend

You need to book otherwise may be disappointed. Our meal was amazing as was the service. The vegetarian option was tasty but my escargot followed by lamb shank were awesome. The Fruits des Bois for dessert was inspired, I wanted two!!!!

We loved the food, but it was not much. Plus, the prices are insane compared to the quality here. In short; we loved the food but not the quantity nor the price. We feel this is the type of place you overspend AND the more you do spend, the friendlier the service gets. Overall not bad, but will never go again.

J ai dine dans ce restaurant en famille qui est une très bonne adresse à bayeux Le accueil est aimable et sympathique La salle de restaurant est très agréable J ai mangé une cassolette de bulots et de coques ça sort de la ordinaire et ç était très bon ensuite des langoustines avec de la polenta Ç était très bien également Et un dessert tout ça pour un prix raisonnable En conclusion je recommande vivement ce restaurant lorsque l on est à bayeux

L'endroit et chic et élégant, nous avons choisi de manger a l'intérieur car le temps était couvert. Nous ne regrettons pas de nous y être arrêté. La carte n'est pas trop longue, ce qui est plutôt de bon augure, nous avons dû attendre avant d'avoir nos assiettes ce qui est plutôt très bon signe. Les plats sont très joliment présentés et la qualité et l'originalité des plats, font que nous reviendrons dans ce restaurant.

Great food, a good atmosphere and friendly helpful staff. We had the set menu choice and were very impressed. Food was really good, wine was delicious and we were not rushed through as we have been at other places. We thoroughly recommend L’Alchimie and will be back again.

Le Moulin de La Galette

01/10/2024: This creperie is the restaurant we go to every time we pass through Bayeux. We had already enjoyed the terrace along the Aure. It's very nice. This year, the weather being uncertain, we chose the Moulin room. It’s a very beautiful room with an authentic atmosphere. As on previous occasions, we really liked the pancakes and pancakes that we tasted there. But above all we were very pleasantly surprised by the staff, smiling, attentive and very responsive despite the difficulty of working in a restaurant which has three different levels. Well done to the whole team!
30/09/2024: A reservation was a must. We had dinner, and while the waiter was very friendly, the service, like the food, was uneven. My son thoroughly enjoyed his oysters starter and duck main dish. The skate was also good. But I have to say the chicken main dish was almost inedible. Overcooked and dry. And I don’t believe it is meant to be served that way. Drinks were yummy. Dessert crepes were almost raw. So, a mixed bag for us.

30/11/2024: Fantastic food and a great atmosphere we ate here on a beautiful day in May
20/11/2024: Excellent Restaurant with friendly service. We had the set menu at euro 24.50 for 3 courses or 20.50 for 2 courses which was good value and very enjoyable. The rest of the menu was pricey so very happy with the menu we had. We had the Cafe Gourmand at euro 8 which was very enjoyable to finish. Wine prices a bit high but a picher of chardonnay was euro 19.50 for 50 cl which was ok. Lovely restaurant overall.
