I had already heard about this restaurant from friends and had come across one of their posts. And I regret not having visited sooner, as it was such a pleasant discovery. The restaurant was rather large and air-conditioned. A very warm welcome and remarkably attentive staff throughout the meal. A very, very good meal and a very varied and always very appetizing daily menu. And to top it all off, it's very good value for money. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back.

Fresh, well-prepared produce, generous cuisine without being overdone, and a perfectly mastered balance of flavors. Each dish demonstrates true expertise, unpretentious yet understatedly elegant. The service is warm and attentive without being intrusive. The understated and welcoming dining room allows you to enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere. A wonderful discovery, highly recommended for a quality lunch at a very reasonable price. L'Alchimiste lives up to its name: here, simplicity is transformed into gold.
