I often walked past it with envy but never took the time to go in… Made yesterday and… it was delicious. I don't see any pizzeria in the Valenciennes region that can compete! Soft dough cooked over a wood fire, very well-filled pizza and a price a little below average, go for it! Ps: I voluntarily took without cheese

Without a doubt one of the best pizzas in the city, the quality/price ratio is excellent! I recommend the POLLASTRO which is just delicious!

Customer for several years, I ordered 2 pizzas, I noticed that the size of the pizza is smaller, and the dough was dry, usually very soft. I hope next time these details will be corrected, because your pizzas are delicious.

30/03/2024: I had lunch this afternoon with my husband, we each ate 1 different pizza. Both were delicious (salmon + asparagus cream) excellent! In addition, the service and welcome are also excellent and the price is absolutely correct. If you don't know it's worth testing!
23/03/2024: As a starter I had tomato carpaccio different varieties and burrata with a little pesto oil and fleur de sel, the homemade bread is also a delight As a main course half pizza goat cheese honey nuts and salad the salad is garnished I'm really not a pizza person but it was very good the brioche dough but not too much, airy.,... great experience the waiter and the team in general attentive
