I went out early this morning, walking through the streets of Colmar, despite the rain. I was looking for an open restaurant for breakfast and I saw the lights on at L'Amandine. Even though it wasn't yet 8:00 a.m., the person in charge said to me, "Come in, Madam, I'm not going to let you go out in the rain." This gentleman, named Karim, courteously served me a good hot coffee and a freshly baked croissant from Louis, a young baker from Colmar. What a wonderful way to end an enchanting stay in this magnificent city, to which I will surely return. Having breakfast at L'Amandine will be a must! Thank you for such a warm welcome. I highly recommend it! We're on holiday for a week and we've been to this restaurant at least three times, whether for dinner or even just for afternoon tea. There's so much choice and the service is quite fast.

Fantastic! We were served by Vincent, a welcoming and friendly waiter. The homemade cordon bleu was amazing—you really need a big appetite! A real treat. We'll definitely be back on our next trip!

10/08/2026: So we got ripped off a bit leaving the FAV. A man gave us a ticket. When we arrived, the welcome wasn't friendly at all, neither at the entrance nor at the bar, and on top of that, it was €28 for two people without a drink. They even tried to charge me for a glass of water. However, the place is very clean and the atmosphere (DJ) is really nice, even though there were very few people. In short, once was enough...
