Creative and subtle cuisine that made for a truly wonderful experience. A particular highlight was the foie gras emulsion and the honey-based dessert, which brought back so many childhood memories. A huge thank you to the front-of-house team, who were absolutely fantastic. You feel completely at ease, even though you're in a two-Michelin-starred restaurant. They are both incredibly professional and create a relaxed atmosphere. Bravo to all!

I must say I was deeply moved by this nine-course culinary journey. The presentation was impeccable, and the choice of superb, original plates beautifully showcased the vibrant colors of the dishes. There's a deliberate focus on Burgundy in Cédric Burtin's cuisine! Naturally, everything served here is local or regional. With heightened creativity, he delights our palates with delicate and original pairings, rich sauces, and perfectly executed cooking techniques. The sommelier offered excellent wine recommendations. Following recent renovations, the kitchen is now open to the dining room, allowing diners to watch the team and their Chef working in silence. Finally, a big thank you to the front-of-house staff (the service was outstanding).
