Excellent meal with wonderful tastes and flavors. We loved the foie gras, the beetroot, the Arctic char, and the desserts. My rating for the service is only 3 stars because we experienced a few minor inconveniences due to three staff members being ill, so the servers were under pressure and did their best to ensure the meal went smoothly. A very enjoyable culinary experience this evening; the dishes were truly delicious.

We had an unforgettable experience; words fail to describe the talent, passion, and hard work involved, so great was the surprise of tasting the menu, with its presentation, colors, and flavors, accompanied by helpful explanations. Our taste buds were completely satisfied. A service worthy of the gift we received for our 60th wedding anniversary. Bravo to the entire team!

We admired the entire team, all dressed in white 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳, working against a black backdrop. This truly highlights the exceptional skill of their craft 👍. We chose the "7-Step Gear" menu 🍽🍷, where each dish delighted our taste buds—an explosion of flavors ✨️!! Honestly, we were captivated by every single dish!! Having already dined at numerous Michelin-starred restaurants in the Lyon region, including those where Chef Cedric Burtin had left his culinary mark... THIS IS 🙈🙉🙊 .....GO THERE!! 😄 Thank you to Chef Cedric Burtin for his creativity and thank you to his entire team 🙏❤️!!

The bouquet of flavors in each dish is exceptional. The experience is enhanced by soft music, allowing us to fully appreciate the meal. Eric Burtin doesn't hesitate to come to each table to chat and answer our questions.

An excellent meal, with the discovery of flavors, each bite a delight, servers who perfectly explain each dish, local products, a new design, with an open kitchen, and at the end of the meal, the chef visits each table, an unforgettable lunch.

Our first time at a fine dining restaurant, and everything was perfect from start to finish. A magical experience that we will gladly repeat. The cuisine is refined, with such original flavors, tastes, and textures! We ate very well and enjoyed a delicious wine. The ingredients are local, some even produced on-site. The chef is incredibly generous, offering us little culinary touches in addition to our meal. Thank you to Mr. Burtin and his entire team.
