I bought a dozen crepes to take away and I rediscovered the intense taste of the crepes from my childhood in Brest in the 60s… 6 euros for 700g of happiness; I'll definitely do it again, it was excellent!!

A very good experience at lunchtime. Simple, quick, and inexpensive meal. Suitable for everyone. The welcome was also very pleasant, and the waiter/restaurant owner was clearly enjoying his work.

After a morning of shopping on Rue Jean Jaurès, I stopped for lunch at the Breton Embassy. Alan gave me a warm welcome. The galettes were generous and delicious. The service was quick. I recommend this establishment.

04/12/2025: We had a lovely lunch with colleagues today. We received a very warm welcome, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I will definitely be back!

Coq'inn

16/03/2026: Coq'inn Kergaradec is a modern and very clean self-service restaurant. They offer a wide variety of starters, desserts, and main courses (around ten main courses). Most of their dishes are homemade. The food is good and served in generous portions. The staff is friendly and even pleasant. A tray consisting of a starter, a main course, cheese, a dessert, a bread roll, a small butter, and a Coke cost me less than €20. It's packed every lunchtime, but there will always be a seat for you, and it's undoubtedly the best value for money cafeteria in Brest.
18/02/2026: Good self-service restaurant with very professional staff, especially with children. They brought trays right to us; we were a party of 10 including children, and a table was set up immediately without us even asking. Once again, bravo and hats off to the staff of this establishment; they truly demonstrate their expertise.
