L'ambassador sur Beziers

Disappointed with the hotel which claims to be 4 stars Broken bathroom shelf, shower paint missing, bathroom wallpaper torn off, small room.

Hotel very well located 5-10 minutes walk from the historic heart of Béziers which is very beautiful to visit. Excellent welcome on arrival and throughout the stay by an attentive, available and helpful team. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet well stocked with quality products but a little more hot food would give it a plus, breakfast price a little expensive despite everything. Very nice experience, thank you again for your warm welcome.
