Very good experience. Originally we wanted to eat at Denise's next door. Unfortunately we did not have a place without reservation. So we tried Louchebem next door, same result. However, the owner (of Louchebem) told us that it was the same meat here, at Honorée. It was a nice surprise. Especially if you like carpaccio, it can be as much as you want. I recommend. The tartare is delicious in a different way, but the unlimited carpaccio seems undeniably the best alternative for gourmets. Good quality meat, value for money, everything is there, Don't trust 5-year-old Google reviews, and trust your own palate... I "rate" 4'5"

By the current average on Google of 4.0, absolutely unjustified. ⚠️🚫TERRIBLY FALSE BY IGNARIES.⚠️🚫 We were directed there by the Louchebem family who, victim of their reputation and quality, were unable to receive us this evening. A service of infinite thoughtfulness, accompanied by a politeness rarely seen in a Parisian restaurant. To continue, the table. Perfect in terms of taste. Congratulations, for what they are worth, on the mushroom bourguignon followed by the beef tartare (ordered without oysters, I don't eat them anymore when I'm 5). I can tell you that one of the items is worth the detour and joins my top 3 (spoiler alert: it's about tarare. No order given but those that I like and without classification: Chez Denise next door or else at the café du commerce in 15). A new version and so new with flavors that we are still looking for. French fries ? The one I systematically decline when I order a tartare was a revelation. A lot of research and work went into the design and production. Certainly the ten ends of our hands, namely 10 fingers in this case, had difficulty counting it. The management kindly told us that we could (or should) have asked for a second portion. Prices are reasonable for the quality and location. In short: - Service 💯 - cooking 95% just for the quantities (remark submitted at the time of payment with the restaurant management). - inform the customer that unlimited carpaccio is available to them from the time of ordering and then without limit until the end of the service. If you're still wondering about a future visit, it's just around the corner. Thank you again for all your work, both visible and hidden. We can’t wait to come back and taste this famous unlimited carpaccio and then come back for this classic steak tartare.

Nous avons passé un moment vraiment sympathique avec une équipe aux petits soins. Une adresse que nous avons découvert par pur hasard mais nous retournerons. Le takaki de thon était vraiment incroyable

Très belle adresse où la viande sera heureuse dans votre assiette (ris de veau par exemple, le produit tripier roi), joli choix de vins. Il faut revenir rapidement car en plus le service est sympathique.
