Lovingly decorated, very attentive and friendly service, an appealing wine selection, and very, very good food. The dishes are beautifully combined and excellently prepared. A real highlight and highly recommended. We will definitely return next time we are in the area.

27/12/2025: Passing through Chalon-sur-Saône, we discovered this restaurant thanks to a friend's recommendation. We had come for just a drink, but thanks to Carl's exceptional welcome, we ended up spending the whole evening there! We enjoyed the famous homemade Burgundy snails, as well as the gratin bourguignon and tagliatelle with morels... everything was absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable, very professional, and warm. An exceptional experience we won't forget!
