If you're passing through and looking for a cozy, welcoming, and carefully prepared meal, this is the place. A very good white wine to accompany the sole, which was perfect and incredibly fresh. I had a French ribeye steak, which was very tender and flavorful. The homemade dessert was perfect. The coffees were delicious. And let's not forget the staff, who were very professional, welcoming, and always smiling.

L’Admiral is a fantastic bar-restaurant and a true paradise for seafood lovers. The oysters are exceptionally fresh and absolutely delicious, with a deep, pure taste of the sea that immediately stands out. Each bite feels vibrant and authentic, clearly reflecting the quality of the products and the care taken in their selection. Pair these oysters with a great glass of wine, and you truly find yourself in heaven. The combination of fresh seafood, excellent wine, and a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere makes this place a real gem. A must-visit address for anyone who appreciates high-quality seafood and wants to enjoy the true flavors of the sea.

A real find in Concarneau! We came to town looking for oysters, but found almost every establishment closed. L'Amiral was our salvation, and what a savior! From the very door, we were greeted with a genuine smile and, most importantly, confirmed that oysters were on the menu. We ordered three sets of 12 oysters and a bottle of excellent white wine. As a big seafood lover, I can honestly say I was in seventh heaven. The oysters were simply outstanding: incredibly fresh, large, and meaty, like something from a seafood fair. Paired with the perfect wine, it was the perfect gastronomic lunch. A huge thank you to the staff for their hospitality and for maintaining such a high standard of quality, even when everything else is closed. If you're looking for impeccable seafood in Concarneau, this is definitely the place to go. 10 out of 10!

We spent New Year's Eve 2025 at L'Amiral, a party of five (round table). What can I say except that everything was divine. From the aperitif and canapés to the various courses, accompanied by the optional wine pairings, the selection of wines was perfectly matched to each dish. The quality and quantity were all there. The dishes were flavorful, perfectly seasoned, the service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and very professional. A huge thank you to the chef and his team for making our New Year's Eve so wonderful.

A true gem! L’Amiral is a must-visit in Concarneau. Everything is perfect: the warm welcome, the attentive service, the refined, flavorful, and generous cuisine. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, the dishes are beautifully presented, and the view of the harbor adds a magical touch to the meal. A huge congratulations to the entire team for this delightful and convivial experience. We will definitely be back!
